Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your profile updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding OTP/device access.
• You may not impersonate another person, use fake identity details, or share account access in a way that violates plan limits.

2. Service Scope and No Guarantee

• PrepSarkar provides exam discovery, eligibility assistance, current affairs content, mock/practice tools, and plan-based learning features.
• Exam notifications, dates, vacancies, and links are sourced from third parties and may change without notice.
• We do not guarantee selection, rank, cutoff outcomes, or uninterrupted exam data availability.

3. Plans, Billing, and Renewals

• Paid plans (including Scholar and Officer) unlock additional features as described in the pricing page at purchase time.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on monthly or annual cycles, depending on your selected plan.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Price or feature changes apply prospectively and will not reduce rights already consumed for the current paid period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel recurring subscriptions from the billing section; cancellation applies to future billing cycles.
• Already-paid fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or clearly stated in an active offer.
• In cases of duplicate payment or proven billing error, contact support for review.

5. Referrals and Rewards

• Referral rewards are conditional on genuine sign-ups and completion of qualifying actions as defined in-app.
• Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or abuse of reward mechanics may lead to reward reversal and account restrictions.
• Referral programs can be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the Service.
• No attempts to bypass plan limits, security controls, or payment safeguards.
• No unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing use of content, accounts, or platform features.

7. Intellectual Property

PrepSarkar branding, product design, software, and original educational material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial preparation.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, payment fraud, misuse of platform features, or where needed to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepSarkar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use or inability to use.
• Our aggregate liability for paid users is limited to the amount paid by that user for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
